Ingredients

uncooked orzo

can chicken broth

grated Parmesan cheese

fresh basil
Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet over medium high heat.
Stir in orzo and saute until golden brown.
Stir in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes or until orzo is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and cheese. Transfer to bowl and serve.
