Cheesy Orzo with Basil

Ingredients
  • 2tablespoons butter
  • 1cup uncooked orzo
  • 114.5 oz can chicken broth
  • 1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4cup fresh basil
Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Stir in orzo and saute until golden brown.
  3. Stir in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 15 minutes or until orzo is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cheese. Transfer to bowl and serve.
