Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2cup ranch dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2teaspoon white sugar
  • 4boneless chicken breastscut into 1 inch pieces
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl stir together the olive oil, ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, salt, lemon juice, white vinegar, black pepper and white sugar.
  2. Mix the cubed chicken in the bowl, stir and coat all the chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the chicken on the skewers and discard the marinade.
  4. Grill the skewers for 4 to 6 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
