I can’t say for sure what did it, but something clicked in January and I finally got into a good workout groove, and I’m trying my hardest to keep it rolling. A weekend with the flu threw my motivation slightly off for a few days, but now I’m healthy and back at it. Something new I’ve recently been trying is listening to podcasts while running. I’ve never really been a podcast person, but I’ve already discovered a few that are motivational and fun to listen to. It’s kind of refreshing to workout and learn at the same time. Feel free to make fun of me for being 10-years late to the podcast party…but better late than never, I guess!
