Spring is (almost) in the air! We had a two week stretch of unseasonably warm weather in Minnesota and lost a lot of snow, it feels so good to be out of the frigid cold of winter. Spring is when a lot of people dust off their sneakers and get back into the workout groove and it’s the start of race season for a lot of runners. I’m getting daily emails about local races and I think I finally settled on a 10k at the end of April that I will run.
